If you believe that any content on EpicGameSport.com infringes your copyright, please follow the process described in this policy to submit a formal takedown notice.

Note: Epic Game Sport is a fan-made utility tool. We do not host or distribute copyrighted game assets, music, video, or imagery owned by Activision or any other rights holder. Our content consists of original code, text, and Unicode-based name generation logic.

📤 2. HOW TO SUBMIT A TAKEDOWN NOTICE

To submit a valid DMCA takedown notice, you must be the copyright owner or an authorized agent. Your notice must be sent in writing (email is acceptable) to our Designated Copyright Agent:

Your DMCA takedown notice must include ALL of the following elements to be valid under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

2. Identification of the infringing material — Provide sufficient information to locate the infringing material on our website, including the specific URL(s).

4. Good faith statement — A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. Accuracy statement — A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on their behalf.
6. Physical or electronic signature — Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is sufficient for electronic submissions).

📥 4. COUNTER-NOTICE PROCEDURE

If you believe your content was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). Your counter-notice must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area, and that you will accept service of process from the complainant

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If no court action is filed within 10–14 business days, we may restore the removed content.

In accordance with the DMCA and applicable law, Epic Game Sport has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We reserve the right to make this determination at our sole discretion.
